WELCOME TO MY JOURNEY TO BRING MY DAUGHTER, MAYA GRACE HOME FROM GUATEMALA. DURING THIS JOURNEY I HAVE STUMBLED OVER MANY MOUNTAINS ONLY TO BUILD MY FAITH. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE HARDEST JOURNEY'S OF MY LIFE AND IT HAS THE GREATEST PRIZE AT THE END. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THEM TO PLACE MY DAUGHTER IN MY ARMS FOREVER. MY DREAMS WILL THEN BE REALITY!!!

SAD BUT EXCITED!!!!
WELL, I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I GOT A PREVIO. IT IS FOR A MISTAKE THAT MY "WONDERFUL" LAWYER MADE. WHO KNOWS WHEN HE WILL GET OFF HIS BUTT AND PICK MY FILE UP AND FIX HIS MESS. ANYWAY, THIS IS JUST ANOTHER BUMP IN THE ROAD. I AM NOT GOING TO LET IT SPOIL MY VISIT WITH MAYA. I AM SUPPOSED TO MEET WITH MY FRIENDS FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO TALK ABOUT WHAT WE NEED TO DO AND HOW MY "WONDERFUL" LAWYER SHOULD BE APPROACHED.
I'm proud of you for not letting this get you down. You are a rock...very strong! I pray that your meeting with your friends will help to resolve the problems.
argh, argh, argh! Well, thank goodness they looked at the file so quickly. Hopefully he'll get off his butt and get you back in quickly and you'll be on your way to the good kind of OUT soon!
Oh, UGH..... now that we're not adopting from Guatemala, I could actually go down and help kick some butt :) As long as I didnt get arrested of course! Oh, I'm soooo sorry... what a mess. BUT the bright light is your sweetie waiting for you. Big hugs to you and to her. Have a wonderful /safe trip! Take care
Oh Ginger, i am so sorry- it sounds like you are going to be taking some action - i'm proud of you! Hang in there - girl!! i'm praying for you and your "talk"!!
I am so glad you had a great time with your family. Just think, soon Maya will be hanging with all of you as well. Enjoy this visit and focus on all the positive stuff!
I am a single mother with a daughter from Guatemala. I brought her home on August 21st, 2007. I am loving every second of motherhood. Maya is the love of my life. I can't imagine life without her. I thank God everyday that she is home in my arms.
