E-MAIL FROM GUATEMALA


I GOT AN E-MAIL FROM GUATEMALA LAST NIGHT SAYING THAT MAYA NEEDED BIGGER CLOTHES. SHE IS REALLY GROWING. THANK GOD, I HAD PACKED MOSTLY 3-6 MONTH SIZES. AT 3 1/2 MONTHS SHE WAS 10.3 POUNDS. SHE MUST BE CLOSE TO 12 POUNDS NOW. THE FOSTER MOTHER SAID THAT THE CLOTHES I LEFT IN OCTOBER WERE ALMOST TOO LITTLE. SHE ALSO SAID THAT SHE WAS DOING GREAT. THAT SHE WAS A VERY HAPPY AND HEALTHY BABY. I AM SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT. I SHOULD BE GETTING THE MEDICAL REPORT AND NEW PICTURES SOON. IN 10 DAYS I WILL HAVE PLENTY OF PICTURES IN NUMEROUS OUTFITS.

    Ginger...do tell, what are you favorite baby stores to shop at? Ever try Gymboree? I have to keep out of there, I buy something every time I go in! I have the same baby clothes shopping addiction as you do...I just can't stop myself!

    That's the same problem I have. Everyone tells you to expect these babies to be smaller than you think, but mine is always bigger than I think! Oh well, it's an excuse to shop some more right?
