WOW, ONLY ONE MORE DAY!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IN ONE DAY I WILL HAVE MAYA IN MY ARMS FOREVER. I AM STILL IN SHOCK. I AM SO EXCITED. I KNOW FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THE FOSTER MOMS GIVES HER TO ME, THAT WILL BE THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE. JUST KNOWING THAT I NEVER HAVE TO GIVE HER BACK. I AM SO EXCITED THAT THEY ARE MEETING ME AT THE AIRPORT. MY MOM STILL DOESN'T KNOW. I WANTED TO SURPRISE HER. NO, SHE WILL NOT BE READING MY BLOG THIS WEEK. I WONDER IF SHE WILL RECOGNIZE HER JUST BY SEEING TONS OF PICTURES? I WONDER IN MAYA REMEMBERS ME? WHAT WILL SHE THINK WHEN SHE DOESN'T GO BACK TO THE FOSTER MOM AFTER A WEEK? I HAVE SO MUCH GOING THROUGH MY HEAD RIGHT NOW. THE MAIN THOUGHT IS "MY DAUGHTER WILL BE IN MY ARMS FOREVER IN ONE DAY"!!!!!

    I visited 8 times before pickup, Lue sensed something was up, he cried, but that was ok. Maya will REMEMBER YOU, but she will also know something is going on, and she will most likely greive for her foster family, and in my opinion she has a right as they have loved her so much. But she knows that you are her Momma and that she is still loved, and plus now she ahs Grandma too! You will all do great on this incredible day!!!

    Aidan didn't skip a beat, Ginger, when I took him fulltime just 6 weeks after visiting for 10 days. Its like he just knew he was supposed to be with me. And it took him just one day to get reacquainted with his daddy.
    I think Maya will do just fine. She will remember you and have that sense you are her mommy. She will be comforted and feel safe in your arms. You love her to death, and she will know that.
    Enjoy every second. Have the time of your life.
