WELCOME TO MY JOURNEY TO BRING MY DAUGHTER, MAYA GRACE HOME FROM GUATEMALA. DURING THIS JOURNEY I HAVE STUMBLED OVER MANY MOUNTAINS ONLY TO BUILD MY FAITH. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE HARDEST JOURNEY'S OF MY LIFE AND IT HAS THE GREATEST PRIZE AT THE END. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THEM TO PLACE MY DAUGHTER IN MY ARMS FOREVER. MY DREAMS WILL THEN BE REALITY!!!

THE STORM IS CALM!!!
MY ADOPTION STORM IS ALMOST OVER. I STILL CAN'T BELEIVE THAT MAYA IS REALLY COMING HOME. I THINK IT WILL SEEM REAL WHEN WE STEP OFF THE PLANE IN DALLAS.
I HAVE HAD SOOOOO MANY UPS AND DOWNS DURING THIS JOURNEY. MAYA IS WORTH EVERY TEAR AND HEARTACHE. I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER THE EXACT SAME WAY IF THAT IS WHAT IT TOOK TO GET MY MAYA HOME.
I NEVER DREAMED THAT I COULD LOVE SOMEONE AS MUCH AS I LOVE MAYA. SHE IS A DREAM COME TRUE. MY LITTLE ANGEL BABY!!!
AT THE END OF MY RAINBOW (AFTER THE RAIN AND SUN), I FOUND MY RAINBOW, A BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL CALLED MAYA GRACE!!!
you are right it doesn't matter how you become a mother. Someone that has went through all you have has proved how much they want to be a mother. Love you Sissy
I agree...motherhood is a miracle, no matter how it comes to you. Some of us have gone through so much to become mothers. The struggles make the achievement all the sweeter.
You and Maya deserve every color of this rainbow! The FM questions are good but have someone write down the answers because you won't remember anything once you have Maya in your arms.
I am a single mother with a daughter from Guatemala. I brought her home on August 21st, 2007. I am loving every second of motherhood. Maya is the love of my life. I can't imagine life without her. I thank God everyday that she is home in my arms.
